Letter to Editor:  Rita, The Mayor of Sedona is the Mayor of all the people and should be elected by those whom he/she serves.  I am very concerned that a sitting member of the City Council, Pud Culquitt, has set up a Political Committee which advocates that the Council appoint the Mayor.  As a lawyer, I
question the legality and propriety of this.  This Proposition does not belong in a Democracy.
